Yoga Nidra, an ancient sleep based meditation, is a practice that is essential for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious relaxation, the practice allows the body and mind to enter a state of deep rest where healing and rejuvenation can occur.
Our 40-hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training will take place over two weekends: October 4-6 and October 11-13. Classes meet from 6-9 pm on Fridays and 9 am-6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Tuition is $899.
This Yoga Nidra teacher training is not just about learning techniques; it's about embodying the practice and integrating it into your personal and professional life so that you can skillfully guide others on their journey towards well-being. Through experiential learning and guided practice sessions, you will discover how Yoga Nidra can be a powerful tool to address depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addictions, and insomnia.
No previous yoga teacher training is required. This training is open to all but especially beneficial for those in helping professions to expand your toolkit and deepen your understanding of holistic healing practices.
In this 40-hour training you will learn:

- Restorative postures and movement that release tension and prepare the body for deep rest
- How to cultivate a sacred space for yourself and others to practice
- Breathwork and visualization techniques to harmonize the subtle energy body
- Polyvagal Theory and how to regulate your nervous system
